The worst travesty of criminal justice that I wrote was once when writing criminal calendar a case was called and a pure-pubescent 13 year-old child stood to answer on felony murder charges. For a moment during his arraignment, he commented to the judge. His naivete and pious heart were pure enough to shame every adult who heard him.
